Workout and Schedule Reminder for the Week!

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas.  Thank you all for the support the past few months.  We look forward to working with each of you in the years to come helping you reach your goals.

Here is a reminder of the email that went out a few days ago with the schedule changes for the Holiday Week.

The following is our schedule of classes and events for the upcoming week.

December 22 No 10:15am Yoga Class; Nutritional Mixer at Young Dance Academy at noon

Christmas Eve No 6am class. 9am and noon WODS only. Open gym 10-noon; Kids Bootcamp 2pm

Remember to bring your sweaters! Kids too!

New Years Eve No 6am class. 9am and noon WODS only. Open gym 10-noon; Kids Bootcamp 2pm

New Years Day CLOSED

For those of you wondering how many push-ups I had to do. I ended up with 275 pushups. However I did throw in an extra one.
