Hope everybody had a great weekend.  Great work to everyone pushing it during the CrossFit Open this past week.  As well as all those who have done the workouts and supported those competing. Your support means a lot to each competitor as well as the support to the members not competing.  That’s what makes CrossFit Oak Creek Great.
