CrossFit Oak Creek is now offering Body SHRED – the perfect way to transition into the CrossFit program seamlessly. Body SHRED will give you a basic knowledge of CrossFit’s fundamentals and movements.

Body SHRED is designed to give you a high intensity workout that combines bootcamp with CrossFit to help you shred body fat, increase your metabolism, endurance and get you looking and feeling your best. You will also learn the right way to eat without super restrictive starvation diets so you can have long term success.
