Wednesday WOD

One of the great things about CrossFit Oak Creek is that we get to work with a variety of people.  We work with people of all ages and fitness levels. Today we got some video coverage of Dave “The Beast” Douglas doing a heavy back squat.  By heavy, I mean just about double my back squat.  Here’s a video Clip of Dave doing an 805# Back Squat. I know the picture is a tad blurry, but as you can see he is a true beast.  And he hit full range of motion.
