It’s that time again.  We have two Birthdays this week.  Today we will be celebrating Emily’s Birthday.  Hope you have a great Birthday!

Also great job to everyone that came to the wod yesterday.  It was a bit different than we are used to and everybody pounded it out like Rockstars! Nice work!


Strict Press Clusters x 5

* Do two reps rest 10-15 secs then two reps rest 10-15 sec etc. until the cluster is complete.  Once you hit all 5  mini sets of two you will rest 90-120 seconds.
