Tuesday Workout at CrossFit Oak Creek 12/18/12

Monday was a tough WOD at CrossFit Oak Creek.  It forced you guys to work on double unders.  Great job to those of you that could not really get them.  You are now one step closer.  Also congrats to the many of you that started getting a few in a row that have never even got one.  That’s a huge accomplishment.  Keep up the great work.
