Tuesday Workout 10-8-13

Well looks like everyone had a great time with Taylor’s Birthday WOD. It definitely was a good one.  Hope you had a great Birthday Taylor.

For today’s workout we are going to use a few things some of the coaches learned over the weekend in the Olympic Lifting seminar. These skill should help us fine too our olympic lifts. Do not worry about how heavy you go.  If you have to use an empty bar for the skill then we will do that.  It will be very important getting our starting positions down.

Halting Clean Dead Lift + Hang Clean
