*Weights should be heavy enough so that you can not get more reps than the prescribed reps

*Example: If on your set of two reps,  you do a weight and you can get 3 reps that was too light.  Do an extra set at a heavier weight.  However we still want to keep proper form.

* 2-3 warm-up sets prior to starting the rep range.
