Thursday WOD 12.26.13

Merry Christmas.  The holidays are over for this week and we will get back to our regular schedule the rest of this week. Just have one more next week with New Years.  Now is the time to start writing down your goals for 2014.  Did you know you are more like to reach them and much quicker if you actually write them down.  Try it out.  You’ll be surprised. Over the last week or so of 2013 keep them in mind and start jotting them down.
