Just a reminder.  If you have not picked up your HYLETE gear and paid for it.  Please try to do so this week.   Great job to all those on the 24 Day Challenge.  Reminder to those that started on Monday.  Tomorrow is Day 4.  So no more fiber drink.  However we will be adding the white Probiotic pills a half hour before breakfast.  Great results already by a few people that started early.  Nate’s brother is down 10 pounds in 6 days so far.  Great way to start out the new year.

Kipping Practice 20 minutes

* If you are efficient at kipping and/or need to work on extra strength you should do some heavy bent over barbell rows, dumbbell rows, ring rows etc. in between practicing kipping.
