What a great Bday WOD for Angie yesterday. For those of you that asked, she didn’t hit her 300 pound squat, but was very close. However, Angie still went beast mode and hit a 10 pound back squat PR of 285! BAM! Which is still a great lift and a great way to start a Birthday Workout. Nice work Angie! We are proud of you. Not to mention everybody else that came to the WOD and has been working hard. Great gains the past few weeks. Keep up all the great work!
