CrossFit: CrossFit is a high-intensity exercise program, combining plyometrics, Olympic lifts, and gymnastics, while incorporating non-traditional weightlifting equipment. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. No matter what fitness level you’re at – we use the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease to athletes preparing for the games. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
Body Smash: Body Smash is a 35 minute metabolic total-body workout, that incorporates high-intensity work periods with short rest periods in an alternating set or circuit format. It combines the muscle-building benefits of resistance training, with the fat-burning benefits of interval training- burning nine times more body fat. The end result is a killer high-intensity boot camp-style workout that will:
• Supercharge metabolism for up to 48 hours after your workout
• Tone and tighten your entire body
• Blast stubborn fat in your abs, hips, thighs and lower back
• Dramatically improve strength, energy, and performance
CrossFit Kids: CrossFit Kids is geared and designed for kids, involving the specific neurological, cognitive and motor development for this specific population. CrossFit Kids use gymnastics, cardio, weights, and speed/agility equipment to raise our heart rates, burn calories, build muscles and improve athletic performance!
Competition Programming: CrossFit Oak Creek offers custom programming for anyone interested in competing. Whether it be just for fun at local events or at a more advanced level such as the CrossFit Open or Regionals and beyond. We have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals.
Olympic Lifting: CrossFit Oak Creek’s Olympic Lifting program is lead by either Billy Weber or Corey Paszkiewicz. Both are USAW level 1 coaches and have also attended many olympic lifting seminars and have an eye for detail. The program is designed to help perfect the three major olympic lifts. (The Clean, Jerk, and Snatch) Classes are for beginner to advanced and focus on technique and proper movement patterns before progressing to heavier weights. From there we will work those movements and other various drills to help increase these lifts. We also offer additional programming for those interested in competing in Olympic Weightlifting.
Strength and Conditioning: Custom strength and conditioning programs available. Great for school and club sports teams!
Semi-Private Training: NFL teams, Olympic athletes, MMA fighters don’t train 1 on 1, so why should a mom who needs to lose body fat? Boot Camps and Semi-Private Training is the way to go. Working out with a friend, family member, or co-worker is not only more fun, but the added support will help you achieve superior results. The extra motivation from the group is great for your results but it also allows you to get personal training at a Fraction of the price of Regular personal training. Some of our clients pay less than 10 bucks a session. To top it off, our carefully planned proven fat loss method will burn fat 9 times faster than the conventional training in Less than 2 hours a week.
Semi private classes will be kept to about 4 participants. We will focus a little more in depth at reaching your specific goals.
