Today’s WOD and skill will be a tad bit different. We will actually be making it a partner workout for the day in honor of Nicole, Courtney, and Nghia who will all be moving shortly. We want to wish each of them the best of luck in their new journey.

Squat Cleans 135/95 or heavier
*Partner A does 1 rep then Partner B does 1 rep in the same minute. Minute 2 each partner does 2 reps, Min 3 = 3 and so on until the 10 min is up.
The WOD will also be partner style. It will consist of 3-6 minute AMRAPs. Partner A does one complete round then Partner B does a complete round. Score will be total number reps between the 3 AMRAPs
