Monday Workout 12.9.13

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  Time to hit it hard again this week.  A few quick announcements.  First off we start our next phase of the CrossFit Kids Program tomorrow.

The schedule is as follows:

Mondays and Wednesday 3:30-4:30pm for grades 7-12
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4;45-5:30pm for grades 1-6

Also the following week we will be starting our olympic lifting classes on Tuesday and Thursday Nights at 7:30 pm.

As well as 7:30pm Body Smash Classes Monday and Wednesday Nights at 7:30pm

Lastly, If you did any of the testing last week or still need to finish up for the competition programing, make sure to get all your data to me and set up a time to chat if we haven’t already.  Competition Programming will start next week on the 16th.
