Monday WOD 6.29.15

We had an amazing week of training and progress. Many new PR’s on the snatch for those doing the granite games. We had Mandy run her first mile ever, Alison getting 4 steps on a handstand walk, others getting double unders and so much more. It is great to see everybody everyone working so hard and supporting each other. Keep working hard. It’s showing!
