Monday WOD 6.1.15

New month means a new monthly challenge. We will start week one off with a 300m run daily. We will also have a slight change for Thursday evening schedule. The 5:30 pm yoga class will be down on the big floor. So no regular class at that time. You will however be able to use the back corner for open gym time.
