Great job to Keith and Madeline competing over the weekend. You two did a great job competing against 50 other teams. Hard work is paying off for everyone. The results over the past few months have been amazing. These next two weeks we will be testing our one rep maxes in various lifts. Then start a new phase of programming based off of that.
