5-Cleans 135/95, 185/115, RX+ 225/135
40-Wall Balls

* Pick a weight for cleans that is challenging. There are 3 different recommended weights today. The RX/RX+ weight is heavier today and will increase on various exercises as each of us progress. Just because the weight increases, does not mean everybody should do it. The RX weights are a goal to shoot for with proper form. For some it may be a year or two to reach them, for others a month depending on the movements. The thing to remember is, RX is suppose to be tough. We want to set the bar high or higher as we keep progressing. Keep working hard and charge forward and be the best YOU that you can be!
