valentine_day_wod Another great Birthday workout down. Just like yesterday we had many great accomplishments. Anna hit a dead lift PR and Amanda RX’d her first double-under WOD. The ladies are rocking it out! Keep it up. Fella’s you gotta step it up!

As you all know it is Valentine’s Day tomorrow. However we will not do a Valentine Day WOD tomorrow, But our partner workout on Saturday will have a Valentine’s Day theme. Guy/Girl partners on Saturday! It will be a blast.
