Friday WOD 5.1.15

New monthly Challenge. For this months challenge we had quite a few people request more Core/Ab work.
So for the challenge this month we will switch it up with a timed AB challenge.

Week 1 we will do 2 minutes of any AB exercise of your choice. However, you will have to keep track of your reps and post the on the Facebook page.
A couple options are ab mat sit-up, v-up, t2b, ghd sit up. No planks though.
