Bonnie’s Birthday WOD 12.1.14

Just a reminder! The referral contest is still going on. We have until the end of December to get qualified for a new pair of shoes. Make sure to invite people to our next elements class this Tuesday Dec. 2nd and Thursday Dec. 4th at 4:30pm. Have them email us to get set up. It is free for all referrals.

We are also starting our next group of the Flab to Fab Program on Tuesday Dec. 2nd at 7:30pm. This program is geared toward those that may be a bit intimidated to try CrossFit, haven’t done much working out in the past, and those wanting to lose weight as well. We had great success last time around. Let’s make this one even better.

We also have a Birthday WOD going on tomorrow.
