Birthday Wod Time!

Great job to everyone so far this week.  Everyone has been pushing it hard the past week especially with 2 tougher workouts with some running in them. Keep pushing forward and pushing each other.  We are making great gains as a group and making each other better. Thank everyone for all the support you give each other.
