Bday WOD 11.4.14

Just a few reminders.

Thursday we will be moving Yoga to 6pm.  We will also have a regular 4:30 and 5:30pm class. The 6;30pm will be a special drills and skills class.  In this class we will cover a lot of various movements that we do not always get the time to work on as well as other things we can do to help progress in these areas.  Ex: Rope Climbs, HSPU variations, DU, Olympic lifts, etc. We are looking forward to helping everybody out in mastering and working on their skills.

Our next elements class will be this Tuesday Nov. 4th and Nov.6th. Make sure to have people register for the class.  Either 4:30pm or 6:30pm. Remember it is free for any referrals you bring in. 4:30 is almost filled up.  So do not wait.
