Reminder Thursday schedule is slightly different. Normal classes for Body Smash and 6:30pm. 9am-10am is open gym with the regular class WOD. No Noon Class. Open Gym 4:30-6:30 with WOD and Normal 6:30pm Class. Sorry for any inconvenience tomorrow.
