Before I started Crossfit I would try to workout daily, but I was always bored and never motivated to get to the gym. According to my BMI I was slightly overweight and I was not happy with my body. After my back surgery in April 2013 I seriously put on weight. It wasn’t until I stepped on the scale and weighed 195 pounds and was unable to fit into my size 12 pants that I realized I really needed to make a life change.

Corey grew up around sports and weight lifting. At the age of 10, Corey’s parents bought him a Hulk Hogan weight set – kicking off his passion for sports, fitness and weight lifting. In middle school and high school, Corey was involved in basketball, track, wrestling and power lifting.

Billy was introduced to fitness at a very young age. While growing up, Billy played almost every sport. In high school, Billy was a 4 sport letter athlete: football, wrestling, baseball and track. After high school, Billy went on to play college football at Carroll University in Waukesha, WI. Fitness and athletics have always been a passion of Billy’s – which is why he became a person trainer in 2006.
